Quand je suis venue pour un entretien chez Orelia Puthof, j&rsquo;ai tout de suite ressenti : c&rsquo;est ce que je veux ! Le courant est simplement pass\u00e9. Maintenant, je travaille ici depuis un mois. Le groupe cible me convient parfaitement. Les r\u00e9sidents sont si reconnaissants. Et aussi compr\u00e9hensifs quand je dois dire que je ne connais pas encore tout ici.      <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Mon travail est merveilleusement vari\u00e9 : proposer des activit\u00e9s, apporter un soutien dans les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, travailler sur l&rsquo;autonomie, aider pendant le repas de midi&#8230; \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois par semaine, je fais cuire des \u0153ufs au petit-d\u00e9jeuner. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience olfactive stimule l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit, cr\u00e9e une ambiance conviviale et encourage les gens \u00e0 choisir leur pr\u00e9paration d&rsquo;\u0153ufs pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Avec mes coll\u00e8gues, j&rsquo;essaie d&rsquo;enthousiasmer les r\u00e9sidents pour nos activit\u00e9s : gymnastique, club de cuisine, danse en fauteuil roulant&#8230; Nous impliquons \u00e9galement les r\u00e9sidents moins actifs.
