Ici, je me suis sentie tout de suite chez moi<\/mark><\/h5>\n\n

En septembre 2024, je suis entr\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois chez Orelia Puthof en tant qu’infirmi\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante. D\u00e8s le premier jour, j’ai ressenti une connexion avec l’\u00e9quipe d’infirmi\u00e8res en chef. La coll\u00e9gialit\u00e9, la chaleur et l’ambiance de travail positive m’ont fait me sentir imm\u00e9diatement chez moi. Cette connexion s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e si rapidement que je n’ai pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 lorsque j’ai eu l’opportunit\u00e9 de commencer un poste permanent en tant qu’infirmi\u00e8re en chef. J’ai senti que je pouvais faire une diff\u00e9rence ici, que j’aimais venir travailler et que je pouvais construire quelque chose de beau avec cette \u00e9quipe. <\/p>\n\n

\u00ab D\u00e8s le premier jour, j’ai ressenti une connexion avec l’\u00e9quipe d’infirmi\u00e8res en chef. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Avec mes ann\u00e9es d’exp\u00e9rience dans des fonctions de direction, cette \u00e9tape m’a sembl\u00e9 tr\u00e8s naturelle. Les soins aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ont toujours occup\u00e9 une place sp\u00e9ciale dans mon c\u0153ur. C’est pourquoi j’attache beaucoup d’importance \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement chaleureux et s\u00e9curisant tant pour les r\u00e9sidents que pour les coll\u00e8gues. Je crois qu’une \u00e9quipe stable et heureuse a un impact direct sur la qualit\u00e9 des soins. Lorsque les employ\u00e9s se sentent bien, cela rayonne sur tout le monde. C’est exactement ce sur quoi je travaille chaque jour. <\/p>\n\n
