Ce que je trouve important, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;\u00e9couter attentivement les r\u00e9sidents sans porter de jugement. Cela m&rsquo;a permis de cr\u00e9er des liens \u00e9troits avec plusieurs coll\u00e8gues et avec les r\u00e9sidents du service Picasso. Comme j&rsquo;y ai fait mon stage et que c&rsquo;est proche de chez moi, je me sens vraiment chez moi ici.
